Vistage Members Set to ‘Take Flight’ With Advice from Leading Speaker

Leading American Speaker and Co-Author of the best-selling business book ‘Taking Flight’ is set to come to the East Midlands.

Merrick Rosenberg, who has worked with some of the world’s largest companies and taught over 10,000 people to implement his ‘personality styles’ training into their work lives, will speak for some of the region’s top business owners on March 6th. 

The private advisory group for business owners, Vistage, regularly brings internationally renowned speakers and coaches to the East Midlands to speak to Vistage members and colleagues to give them the tools, knowledge and inspiration to grow and improve their businesses as part of their membership. Merrick will present ‘The Personality of Success: Driving Engagement through Adaptability’, to the v314 group of business leaders at their monthly meeting in March.

As CEO of ‘Take Flight Learning’, this type of session is the foundation of Merrick’s teaching. Throughout the meeting, he will help Vistage group members to recognise their own personalities and the ways in which they help their business to thrive or steer them off track. Through his conversational speaking style, he will aim to help listeners to heighten their sense of social awareness and emotional intelligence and understand how to properly use their core strengths. He will also provide valuable insight into engaging the workforce, so group members gain powerful methods and techniques to motivate their employees, harness the power of their diversity and help them to feel respected.
