The Procrastinators Cure

Time seems to pass so quickly, life just seems to drift away,
But tomorrow I will change all that ,I'm just too busy today.

Today I don't feel up to it, and anyone can see,
It's better left to tomorrow, when my time will be more free.

Tomorrow always seems just right , but I just don't understand ,
Whenever tomorrow comes around, I always have other demands.

Tomorrow will be no different, it will just be like today,
Unless i start to take control, and change my habitual ways

So I'd better stop right here and now, and recognize my plight,
And do today what I should do , no matter how tough the fight.

The rewards are there awaiting , for those with self control,
It's there for all to see ,the benefits to both body and soul.

So from this minute onwards , I will control my life,
Never again will i blame circumstances , it will be a fight.

I will henceforth be the driver , a passenger no more
A new life now awaits me , its just outside that door.
